Någon som vet vad som ska vara bra med en "ballong" fjäder jämfört med vanliga progressiva fjädrar?

Hittade lite setup tips:

Here's my starting setup for an EVO... I'm not sure what version comp car you have but this should give you an idea...

Front

-Red F1 Progressive Springs with 7000 weight oil
-Shock in lower outer and upper middle hole
-Droop, about 4 MM
-Ride height, depending on surface anywhere from 7-10MM
-Caster, 1 clip forward
-Camber Chassis pushed down flat on table (easiest with shocks off)with tires on or set up gauges 0 deg
-.05 deg toe out
-Sway Bar 3/4 hard

Rear

-red progressive spring (if you need more traction drop to Orange or Yellow) 4000 weight oil
- Top lower mount (my rear arms are completely different than yours)
- 3MM droop
- 8-10MM ride height depending on surface
-Camber, chassis pushed down with 3 deg on the outside tire and 2 deg on the inside. Usually there will be more left turns so you'll run 3 deg on the left side.
-sway bar 1/4 hard

A buddy of mine runs the comp car with Orange Front and yellow rear progressive springs, the car is very soft...

Tires are GRP A's (S-1) all around... If you have too much steering you can try B's on the front...


Och lite mera:

Front:
springs blue with no curve on the spring(FG´s)
(test blue springs before you test yellow or purple springs)
Shock oil: 8000 or 9000
Height: 7mm - 9mm
Camber (hold down) 1 or 0 degress, The wheels should stand like it had negative camber in front when youre not holding it down.
Toe-Out: about 0,5 to 1,5 degrees

Tires: GRP New C or GRP A Always! I recomend GRP NEw C with better traction and lasts longer.


Rear:
Springs Orange with curve on the springs(FG´s)
shock oil: 5000 or 6000, maybe 7000
Height: 8mm - 11mm
Camber (hold down!) 2 degrees on the outside of the wheel.
Toe-In: 3 degrees

Tires: GRP New C or GRP A Always! I recomend GRP NEw C with better traction and lasts longer.

This setup works with all tractions on tracks! i think you need softer setup for a parking lot.

This setup works with weather sunny up too 30 celsius then maybe you should change more camber, harder suspension.
Coldest will be around 17 celsius then you must have a softer setup.

Caster: +8mm in front of the arm wishbone 4mm in the back of the wishbone
Toe In / Out: +.5°
Springs: red middle FG progressive springs
Spring Preload: 3mm
Shock Position: Upper on the shock tower and out on the wishbone
Shock Piston: 5 hole alloy FG (1,5mm)
Roll Bar: 5mm 75% maximum adjusted
Ride Height: 6mm
Front upper arm position: Upper position
Servo Saver: inner hole 4 O-Rings
Brakes: Magura steel plates, Epoxy discs
Drop 52mm
drop measured by:
measured without tires, Chassis on the floor. From top of the wheelaxle thread to the bottom

Rear End

Camber: Chassis pushed down inside 2,5° outside 3°
Olie 5000 FG
Toe In / Out: -2°
Springs: Green progressive MF springs
Spring Preload: 1mm
Shock Position: Flat
Shock Piston: 5 hole alloy FG (1,5mm)
Roll Bar: 4mm middle adjusted
Ride Height: 7,5mm
Front upper arm position: upper position
Anti Squat No
Brakes: Magura steel plates, Epoxy discs
drop 44mm
drop measured by:
measured without tires, Chassis on the floor. From top of the wheelaxle thread to the bottom.

Diff: FG 4 plate
Clutch: Lauterbacher 3 point ALU
Transmission Ratio: 22-40-16
Pipe New FG side power

Jag tror ballongera också är progressiva fast kanske att övergången mellan hårt/mjukt är lite mjukare ?

De flesta kör med de gröna feldman-ballongerna bak tror jag.. och sedan mörkblå ballonger fram.. ? kan det stämma?

Ingen aning men jag har sånna till min bytte till de gröna bak och funderade på dom andra fram, men vad jag läst så kör dom med röd prog fram. Får prova sen om det är nån skillnad

Jag körde med den här i helgen fast jag hade höjt rideheight 2mm fram och bak... det funkade fint tyckte jag :)

Jag rekomenderar att du sätter krängaren fram i det hårdaste läget.Endast om du tycker att bilen har jättebra grepp bak och du vill ha mer styrning och det inte hjälper att du ändrar hjulvinklar/fjädrar fram ska du ställa krängaren i något annat läge.

Ok! Det tipset fick jag av Erling också :)

Jag glömde skriva att jag redan ändrat det. Körde med krängaren på 100% fram och ca 45% bak.

På din sportline går det inte att ställa. Skulle vara om det finns olika tjocka att byta mellan men det vet jag inte.

Det går tyvärr inte på en GT men på Touringbilarna så finns det snabbjusteringar att skruva på. :) Kanske att det skulle kunna gå att fixa till nått eget, men då följer det säkert inte reglementet. För som sagt tror inte FG har nån annan på hyllan.

Det finns en tjockare kränghämmare till GT:n men den är inte tillåten om du ska tävla.
